Sorry about the digital Christmas card/thinly veiled commercial solicitation.  Actually I probably don’t want you.. it’s the husters you know in NY, NJ, CT, PA, & MD that I’m after :-)  so shoot me over some references if anybody comes to mind and have a fabulous jingling season and an exciting new year!!
Anyway, here’s the letter.
Hey what’s up Jake!  Funny you worked at Fishtales.  I worked with Shawn and Donna a long time ago but I’m sure we know a lot the same folks.  They seam to hire pretty local, everytime I go in there somebody else from high school is behind the bar :-)
Anyway, this North American Power  www.napower.biz/129327 company is doing a lot of things right.  I’ve been building and managing sales teams in the energy space for a few years now but there is always been a buy in to become a rep.. between $200-$500 and most people don’t even make their money back!..
These guys have managed to keep compensation on par with everybody else without the upfront cost.. You can watch these videos to try and understand the comp plan
I don’t spend too much time learning all the details, you can see there’s real money there if you can build a nice sized team so I prefer to spend time working on that!
